When the going gets tough for your motorcycle, splash some paint over it. That's what the good folks at Yamaha seem to be thinking, considering they've unveiled their 150cc bikes, the FZ/FZ-S and the Fazer with a host of new colour schemes. The FZ series of bikes have been around for nearly five years now and apart from regular cosmetic upgrades, neither of the bikes in the range have received any mechanical changes. While we're hoping for an all-new motorcycle from Yamaha in more segments than just the 150cc class, the FZ series is still host to some of the finest 150cc motorcycles sold in the country right now.
Coming to the new paint schemes, the FZ gets 3 new colours - Absolute Black, Brute Blue and Storming Red and the FZ-S gets 4 new colours - Tempest Blue, Fearless Black, Raging Red and Glory Gold. The quarter-faired Fazer, too, gets 4 new colours - Getaway Blue, Milestone Black, Rising Red and Streak Red.
Prices for the new range start at Rs 70, 250 for the FZ, Rs 72,280 for the FZ-S and Rs 77,380 for the Fazer (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi).
