Land Rover Discovery Sport feature list

JLR will be launching the new Land Rover Discovery Sport on 2nd September, the bookings of which were opened on 14th August and received an overwhelming response. Over 200 vehicles have already been booked. The Land Rover Discovery Sport will be replacing the Freelander2 and will be competing with theMercedes-Benz ML-Class (GLE-Class), Audi Q5 and the BMW X3.

The Discovery Sport will be powered by a 2.2-litre diesel engine that will come in two states of tune (147bhp and 187bhp) and the petrol will be a 245bhp 2.0-litre turbocharged engine. The Discovery Sport will be making its way into India with a five and seven seater option.
Discovery Sport interiors   Following is the variant-wise equipment list that will be on offer: Discovery Sport S : 17-inch alloy wheels with full size spare Fabric seats, six-speaker audio system, sixairbags, electrically adjustable and heated wing mirrors Discovery Sport SE: Fixed panoramic roof, electrically adjustable and folding heated wing mirrors, automatic xenon headlamps with LED daytime running lamps, rain sensing wipers,17-inch10 spoke alloy wheels with full sized spare, part-leather seats with second row 60:40 split, slide and recline feature, cruise control,Front and rear parking sensors, interior mood lighting, ten-speaker audio system, seven-seater option. Discovery Sport HSE : Grained leather seats and steering wheel, dual zone climate control,ten- speaker premium audio system, adaptive MagneRide suspension, contrast roof shade, adaptive xenon headlamps, premium 'Windsor' leather seats and carpets,seventeen-speaker Premium Meridian Surround sound audio, rear-seat entertainment package. Discovery Sport   The transmission onthe Discovery Sport is a 9-speed automatic unit and comes with Hill Descent Control (HDC), Roll Stability Control (RSC) and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) as standard.
