India’s first properly big, non-brand specific motorcycle festival is a go! It’s called the India Bike Week and BSM is there to bring you all the news from the venue at Vagator, Goa. This is the first time that there is a big motorcycle festival in India where every motorcycle is welcome! And it’s on a scale we’ve never seen before.
We have to give it to the guys at 70 Event Media Group for properly planning a motorcycle festival down to the details. No more carrying around your helmet and no more parking your motorcycle ten kilometres away. There’s proper motorcycle parking inside with Harleys getting a special parking because…well, they’re the primary sponsors. Harley-Davidson celebrated its 10th anniversary in India with more than 300 bikes rolling in from all over India. Vagator and places nearby were drowning with the sound of rolling thunder last night.
What’s happening today? Well, there are no less than ten great musicians performing, there are dirt track races, a strong man competition, stunt performances and a cinema hall specifically showcasing motorcycling movies.
More than 4000 motorcycling are here on day one and that number is expected to multiply tomorrow. Team BSM is there at the event and we’re telling you to get your butt down here because it is awesome and you’d definitely want to be a part of it.
