The much awaited Dream Yuga from Honda, which is supposed to be a more mass market entry, has finally been launched today in Delhi at a price of Rs 44,642.
Honda's entry level motorcycle till now has been the CB Twister, which shares the 109cc engine with the Dream Yuga, but had premium looks which pushed the price up a little. This one, which follows the Shine in its design philosophy, is priced a little lower.
The Dream Yuga comes with the 109cc engine which is mated to a four-speed transmission. The engine makes 9 bhp of peak power and 0.91 kgm of peak torque, so the powertrain is unchanged from the Twister.
The twister is priced at Rs 45,140, showroom, Delhi, so the difference isn't much, but we're certainly not complaining about more choice.
