Jeep to delay Cherokee and Wrangler India launch

Now, it seems like Jeep could delay the launch of its cars in India. Datsun Go to go on sale by March 2014
Datsun has officially announced that its first car, Datsun Go will go on sale in India from March 2014. The company will launch the Go hatchback at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo, where Go+ MPV and a new concept car will be unveiled as well.
Ford Classic sedan to get cheaper
After witnessing an increase in demand for sub-4 metre and entry level sedans, Ford India launched the Classic entry-level model in the country. However, the company is still selling both the Fiesta and Classic, which has opened a space to bring in the new Fiesta facelift in the market. According to some media reports, Ford Classic will soon get a significant price reduction to counter the increasing competition in the popular entry-level sedan segment. The prices are expected to be reduced by around Rs. 70,000 to 1 lakh, which make its starting price about Rs. 5 lakh.

Super car Show 2014 completes its run in Mumbai
The sixth edition of India’s only super car show, Parx Super Car Show 2014 powered by Omkar, took off to a thundering start with thousands of enthusiastic Mumbaikars vying to catch a glimpse of the amazing American Hot Rod – Rebel and the astounding Aston Martin Rapide S driven in the city. Ford Ecosport gets pricier again
Since the launch of the Ford Ecosport last year, the company has been increasing its prices consistently. It had launched the SUV at the starting price of Rs. 5.59 lakh for the base petrol, while the feature rich Diesel Titanium (O) was priced at Rs. 8.99 lakh.
