Force Motors will launch the new Viano MPV and the Force One 4x4 model in September. The Viano-based MPV will be powered by a 2.2-litre diesel engine and will produce 140bhp. This is likely to be priced between Rs 9-11 lakhs and will be a seven-seater. As always, space will be a major USP for this MPV too. This will be the third model in the Force Motors passenger car portfolio. At the moment, there is the Force One and the Gurkha.
Force One LX is the new range topping variant and it gets all the bells and whistles that SX gets with the electronic shift on fly 4x4. The Force One also gets ABS with EBD. The Force One LX gets all the features like leather seats, daylight running lamps, steering mounted audio controls for integrated music system. Force Motors claims the Force One to have the best kneeroom in the second and third rows in this segment. The Force One LX has the same 2.2-litre diesel engine that churns out 140bhp of power. This is the same Daimler engine that also powers the Force One SX and is BSIV complaint. The Force One's base model comes with a 2.6-litre diesel engine and it produces 82bhp OF power.
