Mercedes-Benz has unveiled the new 2012 C-Class Coupe at Geneva and it's a stunner! The Coupe is essentially based on the C-Class with, but of course, two doors less. It will form the lower end of Mercedes-Benz' coupe line-up when it is launched and is surely bound to come to India.

Designed to be a replacement for the CLK, the C-Class Coupe is just the beginning and who knows a convertible could be in the pipeline too! So far, the engine options we know of are a new 201 bhp 1.8 litre inline-four and a 304 bhp V6. But as is with all Mercs, we're sure this one will sprout an AMG badge in no time, preferably the 6.3 number. And Mercedes-Benz did launch the four-door, hot C63 AMG version, so it can't be ruled out completely now, can it.

It looks, clean and very athletic. Also, the roofline is lowered and as a result, the Coupe looks very proportionate in profile. Overall, the C Coupe seems exciting and we'll tell you more once we've driven it. Can't wait!
