Tata Motors today announced a nationwide service camp for its passenger vehicles. To be held from March 20th to 26th, it will take place across 570 authorized dealerships and service centres in the country.
Customers can avail free service check-ups and offers on accessories as well as spare parts. Also, the company has associated with over 18 suppliers who will offer discounts on lubricants and other value added services.
Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Dinesh Bhasin, Head – Customer Support, Passenger Vehicles Business Unit, Tata Motors, said, “We are delighted to announce the launch of a nationwide comprehensive service camp for our customers. Tata Motors Service has also developed a mobile application called ‘Tata Motors – My Car’ for customers, which is designed to facilitate details of the camp anytime and anywhere with ease. Customers can book their free service with this application.
