We have the first photos of the next generation of the Bajaj Pulsars! Now, since Bajaj has bought a significant stake in KTM, this new Pulsar seems to share quite a lot of the design and engineering seen on the KTMs. Bajaj-KTM is now producing the KTM Duke 125 in India at their Chakan plant and they will soon launch the KTM Duke 200 for the Indian market. Good news for you guys is that parts and construction techniques will eventually trickle down to the Pulsar family!
The look is very KTM Duke-like with the kicked up tail, massive tank & tank shrouds along with a short stubby front end with a streetfighter-like headlamp. The split tail-lamp treatment is carried forward from the current generation. This test piece is running a KTM motor, most probably the one from the 125/200cc KTM Duke line. (We’d pay to keep that badge on there!) The front is a single disc brake unit while the rear is equipped with drum brakes. This is also be the first time a monoshock will appear on the Pulsar series.
Looks awesome to us! We expect them to hit the road soon enough
