Here are the first pictures of scans from a brochure of the facelifted Honda City from Thailand, and they reveal a decent amount of changes to the City's overall appearance.
Like most other facelifts, this one too is limited to the nose, the tail and some sprucing up of the interiors
The facelifted City now has a new chrome grille with wider slats, a more prominent lower grille and an updated bumper and fog lamp receptacles. The headlamps too appear to be slightly altered. Interestingly the facelifted City comes with turn indicators on the mirrors and a new design for the alloy wheels. It is quite possible that either of the last two features may be deleted or altered for India, though the set of changes make the car appear more appealing to the executive swish set.
At the rear a new design for the tail lamps with clear lens, a slightly high set bumper, a new chrome finish exhaust tip and Euro-regulation reflectors at the bottom make up the changes on the exterior.
On the inside, the car stays more or less the same, with the instruments now being blue backlit while there are changes to the seat trim as well.
The facelifted City is expected to hit showrooms by late-October to coincide with the festive season. Watch this space for more updates.
