The Nissan V-platform based Renault Pulse has now gained the option of a petrol motor. The 1.2-litre, three-cylinder engine from the Micra that produces 79 bhp is now offered on the Pulse, making it the only other petrol motor to be offered on a Renault badged product, apart from the Fluence.
Essentially a badge-engineered Nissan Micra, the Renault Pulse, so far has been available with just the 1.5-litre diesel K9K dCi motor that produces 65 bhp.
The Renault Pulse petrol is offered in three trims and six colour options. The prices of the Renault Pulse petrol are as follows (ex-showroom, Delhi):
RXE: Rs 4.25 lakh
RXL: Rs 4.99 lakh
RXZ: Rs 5.55 lakh
