Kuhel added with the launch of ‘Rapid’ they also have started online bookings for the car. We have 18 cars that were booked online and are looking further to up this segment. Even though the e- commerce business in India is still at nascent stage, the company expects the mode to strengthen in coming years. Skoda & VW are taking its customer for granted as evident from offering the spare tyre (one size smaller VW style) in the top end model as a general rim instead of an alloy wheel. Also they insist on the use of synthetic engine oil which is too costly. Most of other cos. do not match upto such "German engineering" skills. Still they have many takers.
