Srini, A minor blooper. The engine is below the front passenger seat, and not the driver's. Which is why the passenger's seat is fixed, but the driver's seat slides on rails. Other than that, an excellent review! Evo

I own Eeco since it was launched. It is a very good vehicle. I have travelled to Amritsar twice, Shimla from Chandigarh with my family of 5, we all enjoyed travelling a lot in it. Earlier i owned Wagon R, M-800 and Spark LS, but this is the best experience. Seven seater at 2.8 lac Rs. is cheap. In summers i miss the ac, hope maruti will make it available at showroom1.

Good article. Great comparison. At this rate Eeco may turn iconic in less than a decade.

This is a nice write up. Keep it up. The Eeco has been priced extremely aggressively and though I'm not much of a fan for the car itself, Maruti must be commended for the attempt to allow large families to afford a people carrier.

Haha..the reviewer has some humour bones to tickle!! Liked the review very much. And being a Maruti, no doubt people are flocking for Eeco. There is no doubt that Maruti understands Indian passenger car market segments like no other does, reinforced manyfold by its unmatched service & dealer network
