The updated Fiat Linea comes priced at Rs 6.83 lakh going up to Rs 7.81 lakh. The diesel Linea comes priced at Rs 7.84 lakh for the base variant going up to Rs 8.84 lakh, while the Emotion variant costs Rs 9.19 lakh.
The Fiat Punto petrol costs between Rs 4.50 lakh and Rs 6.54 lakh for the petrol variant. The diesel option comes priced between Rs 5.48 lakh and Rs 6.71 lakh. (All prices ex-showroom, Delhi).
Fiat has also announced that they will open 20 to 25 Fiat Caffes in 2012 all across India where one can experience the complete Fiat experience.
Fiat has also announced that the Punto 90 hp and Linea T-Jet sales will continue as before. However, a revision to these cars may be made later on this year.

Fiat India have revealed the 2012 versions of the Linea and Punto, kick-starting the run-up to the 2012 Auto Expo.
The 2012 versions are the first update since the launch of the Linea and Punto in 2008 and 2009 respectively. The cars continue to be powered by the existing set of engines - the Punto is propelled by 1.2 and 1.4-litre petrol options and the 1.3-litre Multijet diesel with two power ratings - 75 bhp and 90 bhp. The Linea is offered with the 1.4 petrol and 1.3 diesel while the 1.4-litre T-Jet spec remains unchanged.
The Ranjangaon based Fiat offers a new colour - Oceanic Blue on both the Punto and Linea.
The Linea now comes in just Active, Dynamic and Luxury trims instead of six trims earlier
Active now comes with a music system, rain sensors and digital clock.
Dynamic comes with automatic climate control, dual airbags, ABS with EBD, Blue and Me and Chrome Interior Kit.
A new Luxury version for the diesel with Italian leather and 16-inch alloys.
Changes include features such as auto headlamps and rain sensing wipers on the Linea. The dash too has gotten a new, lighter colour as well as trim-colour combination. All Linea trims come with power windows on all four doors with delay feature.
The ground clearance has also been improved to 185 mm on the basis of customer feedback.
Active now comes with CD player and Central locking
Dynamic now comes with CD player, fog lamps, power windows with delay feature and split seats.
The Emotion comes with leather wrapped steering wheel, automatic climate control, Blue and Me etc.
A new dual tone interior and improved air-conditioning are now offered on the Punto. The ground clearance too has improved and it now stands at 195 mm, again based on customer feedback. The Punto trim range too has been pared down from four to three.
A new Fiat Caffe at Janpath, New Delhi which will allow customers to experience the Fiat brand exclusively. A second Fiat Caffe will open in Pune.
