Royal Enfield has launched two cosmetic upgrades to its Classic 500. The Classic Chrome, as the name suggest comes with plenty of chrome on the motorcycle and is priced at Rs 1.64 lakh, on road, Mumbai. The Desert Storm has a sandy hue and comes priced at Rs 1.58 lakh, on road, Mumbai.

While these two motorcycles sport only cosmetic changes, this is the thought process behind their styling. We've cabbaged it off the Royal Enfield website:

The Royal Enfield Classic Chrome is based on the Classic 500 with a rather generous dose of chrome on it. Like the Classic 500, the new Classic Chrome retains the quintessential classic British styling of the 1950s: simple, harmonious, well proportioned. The Chrome sports a seat with a leather finish and adds to the visual appeal of the motorcycle. Built of old-fashioned metal, in clean elegant lines of Chrome combined with a rich paint finish the design of the Royal Enfield Classic Chrome is a tribute to the retro look of post war British motorcycles.

Hi whatever you say fine it goes smooth no doubt but after three months whenever go for pollution check certificate thats the biggest problem to get it pass on their ground eventhough your bike is well maintained or its not polluting at all but at that moment it is very disturbing and it comes into mind why did i purchased this bike .Have you ever thought regarding this. So that whom so ever own this bike can live in peace even we maintain our bike very well but facing and speacking to those illiterate pollution check agents is very very disturbing .So please make time to time awareness camps so that there we can discuss our problems if not that means atleast make a video of that at put it upon the net so that we can get aware our self how to scroll such fools those try to make us fool and we cann't do anything except keep the bike in the middle of the road and fire it because no one is there to help us out and your technicians have no idea about it. Sorry to bother you- just do some
