Italian two-wheeler maker Lambretta Consortium said on Thursday it will seek a claim of over 10 million euros (about Rs 60 crore) from Scooters India Ltd, following a favourable court order in Europe regarding their trademark infringement dispute.

It said that the European Union Office of Harmonisation (Trademarks and Designs Department), has ruled that Lambretta Consortium holds the rights to use the Lambretta trade mark in automotive categories throughout Europe.
