If you've already rearranged your life in such a way that you're in Greater Noida for the Indian Grand Prix on the 30th of October, you might want to take a rain check. Formula 1 bigwigs are now debating whether or not to move the Indian Grand Prix to December 4th. It has been reported that the move might be a result of the FIA's attempt to get the Bahrain GP back on the calendar for 2011.
Should the Bahrain GP be held on 30th October, it will allow for a two week gap before the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Following this, there will be a young driver test that will be held between November 15 and 17. The Brazilian GP will follow on the 27th of November. And the Indian GP will then become the season ending grand prix.
It has also been reported that FIA officials want to sort out end-of-season date issues, and confirm the calendar, leaving the slot for Bahrain, which can then be cancelled at a later date. A final decision on the same will be taken on the 3rd of June.
