Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL), which is celebrating its 20th anniversary in the country, announced a ‘Mega Experience Hyundai Programme’ to be held on Sunday at 567 locations in 324 cities.
The event will let customers experience its services and products and will provide a free, 18-point check-up conducted at locations including malls, residential societies, parking lots and petrol pumps. This innovative camp will reach out to the customers at a time and place convenient for them and will offer high value services.
“Being a customer centric and caring brand, the Mega Experience Hyundai Programme is our initiative to reinforce the bond with our valued customers,” said Rakesh Srivastava, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, HMIL. “Hyundai Motor India is committed to reach out to customers, comprehend their needs and become a lifetime partner and beyond.”
During the camp customers will be given scratch cards with benefits on labour charges, services, free car wash etc. These benefits can be availed within a given time period on visiting the same dealership. There will also be customer engagement activities like face painting, games, free basic health check-up for visiting customers alongside providing test drive of Hyundai cars.
The company has also introduced a special edition of Xcent to comemmorate 20 years of its foundation in India. The Xcent model was launched two years back.
The special edition exterior features boot lid spoiler and stylish side body graphics for enhanced sporty appeal. Front radiator grill chrome and rear chrome garnish are added to further enhance the premium looks of the car.
