Hyundai i-oniq concept hints at future Hyundai drivetrains

This fluidic looking concept from Hyundai showcases a new powertrain option from the Koeran manufacturer. It comes equipped with a 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine and an electric motor. The car can run either purely on electricity ,with a range of about 120 km, or in combination with the motor which will give it a combined range of 700 km.

The styling of the car follows their fluidic design language, with a long and low bonnet leading up to the greenhouse. This hatchback surely has a premium feel to it. This concept will most likely never see the light of day, but the powertrain may make it into a future Hyundai. Keep watching for more about this and other news from the Geneva motor show right here.
