The Honda Brio was always a fun little car to drive, and its size made it the perfect car to take into the city. But with traffic in the city being as horrible as it is, an automatic transmission would have made driving it in the city that much more pleasurable.
Well, Honda has an answer to that, in the form of the Honda Brio automatic. It aims to take on the likes of the Hyundai i10 auto and the Maturi Suzuki A-Star auto head on. With that peppy 1.2-litre iVTEC engine mated to a five-speed automatic transmission, driving in the city should be fun once again.
The automatic transmission is available as an option in both the mid level and the top-end trim levels. Changes are limited to a slightly different instrument cluster layout and, of course, the automatic shifter in place of the 5-speed manual unit.
Prices for the Brio automatic start at Rs 5.74 Lakh for the S(O) variant and go up to Rs 5.99 Lakh for the V variant.
All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.
