It's silly season in F1 again. With Felipe Massa not performing as well as the Ferrari team would have liked him to, the scarlet squad is busy looking at other contenders who can be likely partners to Fernando Alonso in 2013. And one of the names that has emerged is Kimi Raikkonen.
While the Lotus team is eager to retain the Iceman's services, it has been suggested that Ferrari has added Raikkonen's name to the list of drivers they are considering - a list that includes the likes of Force India drivers Nico Hulkenberg and Paul di Resta as well as Sauber driver Sergio Perez.
Raikkonen and Ferrari didn't part ways on exactly good terms, but the 2007 world champion did win the title for Ferrari, and of the many being considered is the most successful driver listed. Lotus, however, will want to hang on to their driver who's managed five podiums in so far in his first season since his two-year hiatus from F1.
