Aditya Patel is not a new name in motor sport circles, he's started quite early on at the age of 14 with the JK Tyre National Racing Championship. After that, he's done a variety of events like the VW Polo Cup and Scirocco Cup as well.
His performance in all those events was enough for Michael Perschke, Head, Audi India to notice.
Using it's various connections in motor sports, Audi managed to get Aditya a seat in the 24 hours of Nurburgring race with team Pro-handicap e.V. Aditya successfully completed testing with them and is all set to drive an Audi TT to become one of the first Indians to drive in the 24 hours of Nurburgring.
Audi motor sport and JK Tyre have planned out a development path for Aditya that will hopefully see him race in cars like the Audi R8 soon enough depending on his performance. All the best to him, we say!
