The 2010 Outlander is already here, and it's come in without a drumroll. The Outlander, already in showrooms, now comes with more aggressive styling. The front is sleeker, yet looks a little more menacing than the previous iteration, and the rest of the car sports styling cues that have been adopted from the Outlander GT Prototype.
While there are no changes made to the rear of the car, there are other design elements that stand out. There jet fighter front grille that features on the Lancer Evo finds its way here, along with a reshaped front bumper, hood, and roofrails. The car also has a new headlamp cluster and door mirrors that come with integrated turn lights.
The 2010 Outlander comes powered by the same engine as the old car. The powerplant remains an all-alloy, twin-cam, 4-cylinder in-line petrol engine, that has a capacity of 2.4-litres. The engine makes a power of 167 bhp.
Let's talk money. Mitsubishi has slashed the price of the Outlander by Rs 60,000. This means it now has over a Rs 2 lakh advantage when compared to the Honda CR-V. For Rs 23.58 lakh, the Outlander could be yours.
