  • To mark the 50th anniversary of the original Alpine Berlinette, Renault unveiled a spiritual successor to the marque called the Renault Alpine A110-50
  • The styling for this is heavily borrowed from Renault's recent DeZir concept, along with a few throwback cues from the original, like the driving lamps, with the underpinnings from the Renault Megane Cup car.
  • No details about the engine were given, but considering the underpinnings, a mid-mounted, 3.5-litre V6 engine could be expected.
  • The new Alpine A110-50 concept had a go around the Monaco F1 road course on the race weekend. Fitting, considering the original car won the Monte Carlo rally back in the day.
  • Depending on response and performance, the car could be homologated for racing as well as road use soon. We're crossing our fingers for sure!
