  • Fast and compact – it’s a recipe you cannot go wrong with, especially when a company like BMW is involved. BMW’s M135i is just that – a fast, good-looking compact hatch that’s now part of the BMW M Performance family. And the secret lies under the hood – a straight-six 3.0-litre 320 bhp motor
  • This BMW M135i is the first in the BMW M Performance line-up to sport a petrol motor, with the motor getting the TwinPower tech from BMW, which is basically a twin scroll turbocharger that replaces two separate turbochargers. Of course, you do have more sensible motors on offer
  • Its nice-looking too, isn’t it? Though it still feel like they’re playing it safe. This new edition has grown in size all around; it’s longer by 85mm, wheelbase is up by 30mm and the track (front/back) is now wider. Importantly, there’s 21mm more of rear legroom
  • With BMW’s M Performance package on offer, the M135i will have great driver focus. With the help of intelligent all-wheel drive and tuned suspension and drivetrain combo, the smallest ‘M’ performance car should be tonnes of fun to drive.
  • You can load this car up with all the bells and whistles if you want. High-Beam Assistant, Adaptive Headlights, Lane Departure Warning, Parking Assistant, Cruise Control and the ability to check Facebook or Twitter while on the go. Doesn't the last one somewhat negate all the fancy safety tech?
