RULES FOR ACCEPTANCE OF AN ADVERTISEMENT
	Advertisements must comply with
	a)	State and national laws.
	b)	The rules stated the Indian Newspaper Society code.
	We stand indemnified against any claims arising directly or indirectly from the publication or non-publication of an advertisement.
	Advertisements are accepted in good faith but we cannot accept responsibility for their veracity, delay error, omission in publication, forwarding replies and shrinkage in production etc.
	We endeavour to publish advertisements on schedule but the dates of publication cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to advance or postpone the date of release with prior intimation.
	We reserve the right to revise rates & Terms without issuing any prior notice, In the event of any national, state or local levies being imposed on printing materials, such taxes will be payable by the advertiser.
	Release orders received at incorrect rates or in the absence of any rates mentioned, will be complied with the applicable tariff in force.
	Rate as applicable on the insertion date will apply, irrespective of the date of booking.
	15% surcharge will be charged as processing charges incase colour artworks are supplied.
	Complaints on advertisements must be brought to our notice within 15 days of publication, otherwise they will not be entertained.
	Justified and accepted complaints entitle advertisers to a maximum reprint of the said advertisement.
	We reserve the right to cancel advertisement at any time in event of default in payment.
	Written instructions for cancellation of advertisements must be received prior to 3 days of the insertion date. In the event of cancellation being received
	prior upto
		- 2 days of the insertion dated 15% of the insertion cost will be levied
		- 1 day of the insertion date 25% of the insertion cost will be levied.
	Payments are required to be made - By Local cheques incase payable at Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai , Bangalore, Hyderabad & Ahmedabad. By DD incase of any other cities. (DD should be payable at any of the above cities)
	An advertisement measuring 10 cms short of a column will be charged for a full column.
	These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
	We do not accept any responsibility for advertisements missed or rejected subsequent to acceptance of Release Orders/ Materials.
	If an agency/ client submits a laser print/ artwork the responsibility of reproduction rests with the agency/ client. We reserve the right to reject any advertisement subsequent to acceptance of release order/ material.
	The decision of the Editor will be final in all the matters.
